Design

The First Step is design, you need to know what you want the email(s) to look like.

We'll design it for you, however this is an extra cost.

Build

Based on the design, we build a fully multi email client compatable HTML email template. We spend a lot of time testing the email in different email clients such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail and Outlook.

Once the email has been created and tested we set up an account for you to take control, the system that you will have access to will allow you to edit the text in the email, this is particularly useful for email newsletters.

This is the only part of the process that we charge for... and its only £300 ex vat!

Send

The email has been created and using the system we have set up you will be able to preview and edit the email, then you send as many times as you like.

Our email system has been whitelisted which means the emails that we send will not been seen as spam by email clients, also each email will have a fully functional unsubscribe link(which is a legal requirement for corparate email campaigns).

How much does it cost to send the emails?

It cost 1p per email and £4 per campaign... this means to send an email to 100 people it would only cost £5.00!

Monitor

We take care of bounces and unsubscribes automatically, we also allow you to manage your own email lists, so you have full control on who you send the emails to. You can even group people in specific groups for targeted emails.

We provide Reporting and Analytics for opens, link clicks and measure your campaign related sales, conversions and ROI with our Google Analytics integration. We even show you what email clients your subscribers are using.
